What is Hatha Yoga?

The focus of my hatha yoga classes is to bring awareness into the breath and body, in order to feel happier and healthier on and off the Yoga mat.

In each class we will work through a range of standing postures and sun salutations to warm the body and build strength, mobility and balance. This is followed by seated and supine postures where we slow down a little and tune deeper into the body.

We close each session with a deep relaxation in order to receive the full benefits of the yoga.
